Rabbi Rub and Lemon Salmon



  • Entire salmon fish
  • Rabbi Rub
  • Lemon
  • Capers
  • Olive Oil


  • Rub the entire salmon with the Rabbi Rub and make little holes with a fork
  • Let it rest for 5 minutes while the oven gets warm
  • Arrange in tray and pour the juice of two lemons and drizzle with olive oil
  • Add some capers on the sides if you want to
  • Set the oven in broil low heat for 30 minutes and turn the salmon when fifteen has passed
  • When it is done, take it out and cut the salmon in portions. serve with a side salad or rice and drizzle the juice over
