Avocado salad a la Chef Rabbi



  • 2-4 Avocados
  • Lettuce
  • Rabbi Rub
  • Red Bell Pepper
  • Yellow Bell Pepper
  • Lemons
  • Red Onion thinly sliced and soaked in hot water and then soaked in lemon juice
  • Tomatoes
  • Sesame seeds
  • vinegar
  • Olive Oil


  • Wash and clean all the vegetables
  • Add the lettuce to a salad bowl
  • Peel the avocados, take out the bone and cut the avocados in chunks
  • Cut the tomatoes in slices
  • Clean and slice the bell peppers in thin strips and add them to the bowl with the avocados and the tomato slices
  • Add the red onions in the lemon juice and the juice of another lemon
  • Add a teaspoon of balsamic or white cooking vinegar
  • Sprinkle a little bit of Rabbi Rub and sesame seeds
  • Drizzle the olive oil
  • Mix the entire salad and sprinkle a little bit more of Rabbi Rub right before serving
  • Serve with your favorite type of bread as the main dish (it’s way too great to be a side dish)
  • You can add chicken or any meat of your liking if you desire to
