Chef Alex Bar-Sela has over 25 years of culinary experience and has traveled extensively throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Mexico. His personal and professional experiences allow him to draw on a wide range of cuisines to create each unique dish. The muse for Smo’ Better Food Company is their daughter Lily whose curiosity and beauty inspired them to leave a lasting legacy for her and all lovers of fine foods.
