Broiled Sea Bass

Instructions:

  1. Place fillets in an oven-safe dish
  2. Melt butter in a separate pan
  3. Add minced garlic
  4. Add white wine (New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc)
  5. Pour mixture over fillets
  6. Sprinkle liberally with Rabbi Rub
  7. Cook 8-10 minutes depending on thickness
